Policy Updates Effective 01/27/2024


Before your visit, please take a moment to read through our policies and procedures. Adhering to what we have in place will ensure you get the most out of your time with us. Please contact us at contact@vanityskinbar.com if you have questions.

Reservation Fee

To reserve an appointment a debit or credit card must be on file. A $50 booking reservation fee will be charged to the card on file and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment the day of your appointment. The card you place on file will be charged in the event you cancel outside of our 24 hour policy, are a no show, or have to reschedule due to being late. By scheduling an appointment with Vanity Skin Bar you are agreeing to the terms outlined in our policies and authorize the charge to the card on file when applicable as outlined in these policies.

Cancellation & rescheduling Policy

We have a strictly enforced 24 hour cancellation policy.  Our scheduling system will remind you of your upcoming appointment 48 hours in advance by email and by text message as well as send a text message 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can offer your time slot to other clients. Facebook or Instagram messaging is not an accepted method to cancel or reschedule. Please understand these appointments are very difficult to refill last minute or within only 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations directly affect our provider’s livelihood so please schedule wisely. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a $100 charge. If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until payment is received.


If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, please provide your medical receipt and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.


No Show or no call Policy

If you are a no show the card you have on file to reserve your treatment will be charged the full price of the missed treatment. If the price of the missed treatment is not listed on our service menu then you will be required to pay a $200 no show fee. We will flag your account and you will no longer be able to schedule another appointment until the no show fee is paid in full. This no show fee can NOT be applied towards future appointments. If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until that is completed.


Late Arrival

Please arrive on time to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to check in and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your consultation and treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the $100 cancellation policy will apply. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your account or card will be charged a $200 fee.
