Current COVID procedures as of 10/15/21 – Vanity Skin Bar is open and offering all services. Masks are required to be worn into the facility and throughout common areas. Once you are in a treatment room if you are receiving a full-face treatment or a service specific to the nose/mouth area, you’ll be able to remove your mask.
Policies & Procedures
To reserve an appointment a debit or credit card must be on file. This will only be charged in the event you cancel outside of our 24 hour policy, are a no show, or have to reschedule last minute due to being late. By scheduling an appointment with Vanity Skin Bar you are agreeing to the terms outlined in our policies and authorize the charge to the card on file when applicable as outlined in these policies.
We have a strictly enforced 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can offer your time slot to other clients. If we do not get 24 hour notice the card you provided to reserve your appointment will be charged. You will be charged half the service cost for less than 24 hour cancellations and the entire service amount for no showing.
If you are a no show the card you have on file to reserve your treatment will be charged the full price of the missed treatment.
If you are more than 15 min late for an appointment without calling you may be subjected to rescheduling as we cannot provide excellent service in a shortened treatment time slot.
We will do the best to work with you, we understand you have things that happen so please call if there are scheduling concerns, also please understand your time is specifically reserved to give you excellent service and we strive to ensure we can provide these services for you and the rest of our clients.
If you are sick, please call and reschedule. If it falls outside our cancellation policy, we will work with you on a case by case basis.
If you’ve been asked to complete one of our new client and/or in-take forms, please do so prior to your appointment through our booking system. A link to the form will provided to you. Doing this prior to arrival will ensure your appointment starts on time.
All promotional pricing must be used by the expiration date and not combined with any other offers.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on procedures performed. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us so we can discuss this further, and work with you to find a resolution.
